Re: democrat or "democrat"?
Wow. The video is obviously slanted in their presentation, but people like the 2nd woman, "Tracy" should be deemed too stupid to vote."You can not ensure success, but you can deserve it." - John Quincy Adams

And yes I agree 100%, that woman "Tracy" should be deemed too stupid to vote. What an idiot.I have more respect for a man who let's me know where he stands, even if he's wrong. Than the one who comes up like an angel and is nothing but a devil. - Malcolm XComment

Re: democrat or "democrat"?
It has a presentation bias. For example, why did they need to show the license plate with 9-11 tags? Just little things like that. Look I'm an Obama supporter, and seeing videos of people that ignorant/racist/stupid makes me scared, but in all honesty it wasn't really a balanced piece of work. But I don't really think it was intended to be anyways."You can not ensure success, but you can deserve it." - John Quincy Adams

Re: democrat or "democrat"?
Honestly though, it's not like it is just in West Virginia where people are misinformed about Obama. You could find idiots like that all over the united states.Comment

Re: democrat or "democrat"?
I'm not trying to be racist, I am just saying that this sort of stuff goes on everywhere. It's not just in West Virginia. It's in North Carolina, California, and New York. Anyone notice how Hillary won just about every New England State? New England is predominantly white, so that right there is why. Obama is carrying something like 90% of the black vote. And black people can be just as racist as white people.
That being said, I am not a supporter of Hillary or Obama. I really supported Fred Thompson, Mitt Romney, and Ron Paul, but now that their all eliminated, I will just have to support McCain, though I think he is the worst Republican that represents my views. I didn't care for Bush all that much, but I'd rather have a third term with him than McCain, Hillary, or Obama. However, there is a constitutional amendment keeping that from happening.Comment

Re: democrat or "democrat"?
Agreed. I used to live up there and would never expect Obama to be elected. However, like you said, it's not just in West Virginia where this stuff happens. Here in North Carolina, I live in a place where it is about 50/50 black-white (It was about 99% white where I used to live, lol) and every single black person I have talked to is voting for Obama, yet they have no idea why. They give no reasoning for their vote. I question them and they have nothing to say. One of them even admitted that it was "because he's black." It's obviously just because he's black for a lot of them. It's like me saying I am going to vote for Hillary because she is white so she obviously shares my views.

Your district is one of the most liberal in North Carolina though too, I worked in the Bush and Burr campaigns in High Point back in 2004 and Guilford was one of like 3 counties in NC that went for Kerry.Member of the OS Rams ClubComment
