I've let her drive it a couple times, but that was when I was too sick to drive (for example, I drive to a restaurant but feel like I'm going to throw up after). Granted we don't live together so it isn't like she can just go and drive my car whenever.

Never was really the one to let ANYONE drive my car to be honest. My father is the only one I would trust behind MY wheels.

I have insurance. Her car is stick shift like my truck. She has never needed to or asked but I wouldn't have a problem with it.

We've have arguments before about this but the Z is off limits to anyone. Too much power plus stick. She knows how to drive stick but I don't trust anyone with that car except myself.

Only time I have let my girl drive my car is if I had been drinking and she was sober, otherwise no chance in hell.

I was surprised with the same thing.

I'll let people (girlfriend, good friends, etc) drive my car, but I really really don't like to unless it's unavoidable. It has nothing to do with her being my girlfriend, a woman, or anything like that. I just don't feel good with other people driving my car, it's just not a comfortable, easy thing for me.

My car is automatic and nothing snazzy either, but it's just my car! Thankfully most people have their own cars so it's not an issue often.

My girlfriend won't drive my truck, I'd let her cause I trust her. She drove it once but she says it's too big compared to her car.

i'd have no problem with it if she would. she says she can't drive a manual, but anytime she has she's been fine.

My wife has my car right now, she was stressed out and I thought she'd like to drive home in the convertible.
