    Re: Harley-Davidson = Sellouts.

If you have to call back, start cussing loud, sound pissed off, and say representative. Usually now this will get you to a supervisor fast, they now are using software to route pissed off callers and certain words also trigger it. If you cannot get to someone who you can understand, tell them you want to speak to someone in the USA.

Outsourcing is going to be moving from India soon, they are now making more money and are not going to take the low paying jobs. The smart ones get all the training there and then leave and come here. What's left is usually the idiots on the phone.

So not everyone has sold out.
I actually called them today as a matter of fact and you are correct.

Then thank you, and I love you man. I fire it up (the grill) every freaking day practically. And yes I only use charcoal.

LOL, no thank you man for spreading the love about the grills. The whole family puts alot of pride into how well they are made and backed up.

BTW, if u ever get a chance, check out the new line of genesis'. They are amazing.

Also keep an eye out for some new charcoal grills down the road, and they are not what ur used to cookin on.

It's all up to the consumers. If consumers insist on buying only local made stuff, eventually things will get back to what it used to be in the past. But the problem is that many people are willing to buy things - no matter what - because it costs less or because they're just used to it.
