Don't take anything for granted
I just found out that my cousin is brain dead following what should've been a routine surgery. He was 22 and went to the University of Houston.Originally posted by BlzerLet me assure you that I am a huge proponent of size, and it greatly matters. Don't ever let anyone tell you otherwise.
If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)Tags: None -

Re: Don't take anything for granted
Sorry for your loss, RIP.I've heard this "patience is a virtue" junk all my life. I'm happy to say I have no virtue, no scruples, and no desire to wait too long for anything. In my humble opinion instant gratification takes too long!

Sorry to hear JMood. You and your family are in my prayers.I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.
I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

Re: Don't take anything for granted
That's terrible man, sorry to hear that.
My cousin (whose 20 now) back when he was like 12 had surgery on his brain to remove a tumor, because he was getting alot of siezures. I believe they had just started doing the procedure on people a year before he was diagnosed with having it. So he was pretty lucky nothing bad happened.Last edited by Briman123; 06-07-2008, 11:49 AM.18-1 hell of a season regardlessComment

Re: Don't take anything for granted
It was something dealing with his abdominal area. I don't know what exactly it was but it wasn't a serious surgery, he went into shock and his heart stopped, which cut off circulation to his brain.Originally posted by BlzerLet me assure you that I am a huge proponent of size, and it greatly matters.
