      Steak, cheeseburgers, hot Dogs, chicken Breasts, corn, onions(for the burgers), and Portabella mushrooms. Damnit I'm hungry now!

        As far as the menu goes:

        -Ribeyes (bone in or bone out): Usually just with Salt and Pepper, but sometimes a marinade or some sort of cajun rub.
        -T-Bones: Almost always just salt-pepper and maybe some montreal steak seasoning
        -Flat Iron Steak: Always marinate this and usually serve it sliced.
        -Chicken Breasts: Sometimes marinaded, usually just seasoned with some montreal chicken seasoning and season salt.
        -Pork Kabobs: I use boneless chops and usually mariniate these in a pineapple/terryaki marinade and skewer them with onions, peppers and pineapples
        -Burgers
        -Dogs/other sausages
        -Beef Fajita's-Salt/Pepper and Then I just squeeze lemon and lime juice while they cook.
        -Potato's/Corn on the Cob/Asparagus and other veggies.


        -Ribs, pork shoulders/tenderloins and beef brisket are usually done in the smoker.
