QOTD: I don't really have any special favorite recipe, I just pick stuff off the internet.

My wife and I just usually bake fish in the oven. Throw it in some aluminum foil with some italian dressing. Voila!

        QOTD:

I do actually enjoy cooking. Last night I made a rub for chicken that was great. For 4 pieces of chicken mix 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 tablespoon of chili power, 1/2 tablespoon of paprika, 1/2 tablespoon of cumin, 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, light salt and pepper. This is cooked on the grill of course for the summer.

That sounds real good, will have to try that one for sure.

Nice. That's about what I do when grilling chicken or chops without sauce. I think most people only think to use cinnamon in baking, but I've found that it can be quite useful when grilling...

Steve, I posted a recipe for salmon cakes in the recipe thread. The link will take you straight to the post...

Whenever I make ribs or pork shoulder I always add cinnamon to my dry rub...I thought it was my little secret.
