I got a raise today at work!!! Ok, maybe its not worth all this, but I am so freakin excited, amped, and happy that I just had to share it. Man, I am stoked.
My boss calls me in the office, tells me to shut the door and sit down in a stern voice. Its the voice he usually uses to rip you a new one. I had an issue with one of my accounts earlier this week and thought that he was going to let me have it in regards to that. Well, he looks at me and tells me that he's got good news and bad news. The bad news is, I have to buy the beer at Sunday's UofL/UK game. The good news is that I have to buy the beer at Sunday's UofL/UK game because I am gettng a raise.
Sorry if this is tacky or whatever, but I am so stoked. Long weekend, a raise in pay, patch 2 for NCAA released on the PS3, college football this weekend, and I am going to watch UofL beatdown UK Sunday. Ok, at least I hope that UofL beats UK.
