What's Up?

Ugh. Not looking forward to a 5-day workweek.

QOTD: How was your weekend?

Football-wise, pretty terrible. The Browns looked terrible, our half-strength touch football team got blown out (though my wife had her best game ever, she was catching everything!), and my fantasy team could lose, unless Peterson has a real good game tonight, despite scoring the 2nd highest points for the week.

Rest of the weekend wasn't bad. Hung out with friends out our house on Friday and Saturday nights playing cards and Apples to Apples (no Rock Band though )

QOTD: Weekend was alright. DIdnt get to see FSU (not on TV), but the Bucs looked awful, my fantasy team took a hit (Brady, down, Welker.......no Brady means bad news). Now a long week.........meh

Monday and Wednesday suck for the most part but today I dont plan on staying in my Geology class (MNF Broncos game, cant miss anything)

qotd- Sister had her bday yesterday and decided she wanted to skydive, I passed on this but she did it and had fun.

Rockies pissing me off after losing the series (2-1) to Houston.. 6.5 back now but we still play Dbacks 6 more times and Dodgers 3 times.

Was supposed to wash the truck sometime this weekend but never got around to it, next weekend maybe

I had a really good weekend. On Friday night I volunteered at a Brewers festival in Holyoke. The sponsor was really cool and let us drink through out the night as we volunteered. I got pretty buzzed serving beers and having girls flirt with me for free beer (it worked). On Saturday I went back to the festival for free with my wife and her friend, that night we stayed in to watch a movie (wife's choice What Happens in Vegas, 2.5*).

On Sunday we went to a family BBQ in the afternoon and the county fair that night. The fair was okay and the demolition derby was entertaining. This was the first time I've ever gone to something like that. My wife did this as a kid a lot and in the surprise of the evening Penn Gillette was there. He grew up in Greenfield and comes back, what is strange is that people pretty much ignored him.

This morning we went to the doctor's for my wife's ultrasound and we got the first glimpse of our baby and saw its heart beat. She is about 9 weeks pregnant and this was a huge relief today after the miscarriage she had 2 years ago.
