Re: One good reason to not kick someones child
It's not the kids. I've just observed that he's a lawyer that goes by the book and not personal feelings and reactions. Just what he does. That said I probably would've jumped the guy too. Nothing more though. My latest project - Madden 12 http://www.operationsports.com/forum...post2043231648Comment

Re: One good reason to not kick someones child
Upon further review....the guy does have Down's.
...and it becomes more evident when the woman says something to the guy right after punching him...and he stops pretty much immediately and doesn't really say much more.
I guess if he would have taken just the one second to say..."what the **** are you doing?"....he would have seen that the guy had Down's.
It's like a kid kicking another kid.
I can't really "kill" the guy for slugging him though...nobody is going to let their kid get hurt by someone.

Re: One good reason to not kick someones child
If anyone is going to kick my kid it will be me. Damn this 6 year old is driving me crazy. Damn parenting is HARD!!!!! They love to test. Now I know how my dad felt with me. It really is a miracle he didn't kill me.Comment

Re: One good reason to not kick someones child
The guy/kid that kicked the little kid looks alil off to me. I think he is handicapped whatever the pc police call it these days. Look at his mannerisms on the phone."Good music transcends all physical limits, it's more then something you hear, it's something that you feel, when the author, experience, and passion is real" - Murs (And this is for)Comment

I wish we had audio on that clip.
Man, the father laid that dude out!
I have two little boys and if some random man kicked one of them, they would get what they deserve. What loser does that to a child?"Hard work beats talent, when talent isn't working hard.”Comment

Re: One good reason to not kick someones child
The kick didn't even look like it hurt the kid. The guy obviously has down syndrome and the father shouldn't have acted like that right away. He should have gotten his son out of the way and then dealt with it. I hope he didn't do any damage to the guy.
You want to protect your son, but you also need to be aware of the example you are setting for your son. His son could now see that it is ok to punch someone in the face because they did something you didn't like.Last edited by p_rushing; 10-26-2008, 10:33 PM.Comment

Re: One good reason to not kick someones child
The same thing it made him when he was tied for first - A moron!
Going back and looking at the video again I kind of see it. He may be a little "slow" but either way he can't go around kicking people for no apparent reason - especially kids. If he has a violent outburst like that whenever he goes out in public he is bound to either hurt someone or get jacked up a lot.I post the frog

Re: One good reason to not kick someones child
"hey, I wonder if this kid has Downs"
Really nobodys at fault, you can't blame the kid, and you can't really blame the dad. Like I said, just a bad situation all around.
That was a wicked *** punch though, that **** looked straight out of Rocky.Twitch - bluengold34_osComment
