Bingo. I get it. That was then, this is now (strike that about the French, lol, but I get it).

The founding fathers were thinking ahead and had this in mind, not just invasion, but the threat of a completely tyrannical government. Of course, they didn't know much about gangs and millions of criminals running around terrorizing our good citizens.

That said, it's a tragedy, but no more than any other tragedy caused by stupidity, lack of responsibility, etc. It just involves a gun, and that gets people more "concerned". Death of children caused by anyone due to ignorance involving anything is awful.

Side note: It's a felony to carry brass knuckles in California. It's a misdemeanor to carry a concealed weapon. FIGURE THAT ONE OUT. How many gang members in LA alone? Maybe 100,000? Off topic, I know, but if we started getting real serious about illegal guns/possession some of this panic over guns and ownership might go away.

umm..wow..idk how 2 explain myself i jus thought when i 1st joing the boards i had 2 talk that way and i cared bout what others though bout me...i tried too hard to be proper and then i seen a few other posters who posted like i wanted to and though i should post the way i wanted im still da same person i jus type diff i feel i contribute 2 da threads and im not negative and im jus here to get sports gaming and stuff so sry.
