        Houston/Buffalo - '92 AFC playoffs

NYY/Bos in '04 is the only thing I can think of that's even close.

While not a single epic choke job, Auburn losing 4 games in which they had a 10+ point lead in a single season is pretty impressive.

Forgot to add Maryland-Duke BBall game @ Cole Field House back in 2000-01???(Not quite sure)

Duke was down by 10 with 55 seconds left, they come back and tie the game and go into overtime where MD loses by 2.

One of the worst MD losses I've EVER witnessed.

AC Milan in 2005. Led 3-0 after 53 minutes against Liverpool in the Champion's League Final in Istanbul. 3 goals in 6 minutes by Gerrard, Smicer and Alonso got us to penalties where Jerzy Dudek shut the door on the Rossoneri.

                      That's my #1.

I was 10 when that happened, and I still remember exactly where I was when I watched the game.

Me too. I was 15 at the time and loved watching Houston's run 'n' shoot. I hated that game.

2001. You can also add the final four game later that year.

One that personally strikes me is WVU's collapse against Louisville in the 2005 Elite Eight in which WVU lost a 20 point lead and lost in overtime. That was a sad, sad day.

So were last year's Sweet Sixteen loss in overtime to Xavier and 2006's buzzer beater loss to Texas in the Sweet Sixteen.
