Yup. You had to have a valid college email address to have an account. They changed that in 2006.Twitter

I use it now and again to touch base with long distance friends. Other than that I just call and text people that live in the area.
There is so much crap on facebook. I gotta love the section on the right hand side that appears now and again. "People You May Know" I click on it and I wouldn't know any of them if I fell over them.Comment

I have a facebook page, strictly for family members and friends though. Not the "Hey I saw your profile, thought I'd say hi, and thanks for the add" friends, but the "Hey remember when we were in the baby pool with the Williams sisters and they let us..." friends.
I am glad it was opened to everyone. It's a lot cleaner than Myspace.PS: You guys are great.

I got a facebook page several months ago and am glad they opened it up to everyone. I have been in touch with several people from college who I thought I'd never hear from again. I like Facebook a lot more than Myspace. Like DK said, MySpace is way too clutter with pictures, videos, and all the other graphical crap. Facebook is a lot cleaner and easy to read...or creep in Stewaat's case lol.Comment
