It's 104 degrees out here. Satan just moved in next door to me and loves it. Sits in the driveway with his feet in a bucket of charcoal.

Texas is stupid hot right now. Has not rained in over 3 weeks. I heard the heat index for today was 106 - Feels like 115 out there right now.... Obama needs to fix this.

I am litterally LMAO at my desk at work. That was the funniest line I've read in a while.

Going to be gorgeous all week. Tomorrow is supposed to be 75/58. We shouldn't hit 85 as a high until next week. We'll have to enjoy it now because the usual 90/73 with 100% humidity will be here to stay for a while in July and August.

LOL ... 95 is cool? Our highest temperature of the year so far here is 91 degrees (Achieved on June 20th and June 26th) and I hope it never gets hotter. I can't stand hot weather and I can't stand summer here. It's a sweat-bath every day outside.

Re: So what's the weather like where you live?

I guess this isn't weather per se but there was an earthquake centered in my city this morning, around 9:45 AM.

              I didn't feel a thing.

Apparently, it registered a 2.7 (I've also seen 2.8) magnitude on the Richter Scale. I had to look up information on earthquakes when I found out that I had been through one without knowing. So I checked out Wiki and it says that an earthquake of this size usually doesn't do any damage but can be felt. But then they likened it to a World War II blockbuster bomb in terms of how hard it hits. Certainly didn't feel like it...

Living in the Northeast my whole life, I've never had to deal with any significant natural disaster. We've had hurricanes around here but they're always the tail end and are usually just some rain and wind, but not close to what they get further south. Never been through a tornado though some have touched down, apparently, around here. So this is the biggest thing I've been through in my life.

low 60's here in Green Bay the last few days...I'd rather have the 95 we had last week.

Wednesday we actually had a record lowest temp as a high for July 1. It was cloudy and it only went up to 69. The way Cincinnati weather works, that temperature of 69 will actually be the low several days later.

It's been pretty nice here, not too hot and while it rained a bit yesterday it didn't last too long.

Georgia just lifted the watering ban earlier in june, I finally get to use my sprinkler system after about 2 years of not being able to use it.

We just had a nice storm roll quickly through.

It hit so suddenly it made me feel like I was in a horror movie. You know when the lightning starts going crazy and you see a silhouette of the killer in the background, then the thunder and rain picks up as the killer bashes the characters head in.

Well, it's been raining all day, and I don't see it stopping anytime soon here. Looks like pretty crummy weather for the 4th. Barbeque's aren't quite as much fun when it's rainy.
