now that the election is over i've made an early resolution to watch MUCH less news - it's simply too negative and slanted.

Completely agree, all the major news companies(CNN, Fox News, MSNC, CBS) are extremely biased and lacking in real news, that's why I get my news from independent news sources

It's not overly surprising.

When I was working for an office's homeland defense person, I had to read over and watch an extensive project on nuclear weapons and the threat they pose to the United States from a terroristic standpoint.

One of the more troubling thing was an alarming number of nuclear weapons go unaccounted for each year (I want to say 50-100). Most are recovered, found, or just miscounted, but that's scary enough. However, the US is pretty on their game about terrorism (as much as you can be).
