I left this morning and we had nothing, just went home for lunch, and like a BLIZZARD, reminds me of 1996, we had a huge blizzard that year in NY.

Snow is supposed to start around here sometime close to 3...so we'll see if we get the heavy "blizzard-like conditions" we're supposed to get for the rest of the day.

While we did have one in '96...
I think the one you're thinking of was '93.
Insane and out of nowhere.....over two feet!

It's been a blizzard here basically all day. Well it didn't start til around the 8 AM hour but it's been steadily falling all day with a respite of about 15 minutes here or there.

Mother Nature sure picked a bad day to do this as this is one of the busiest travel days of the year.

Both were bad... and like you said, '93 was worse...

But what is outside right now can't touch both those blizzards. This is cake. I think we've just been spoiled by the mild winters the last few years.
