Waste of time going to the campus today, Spanish sucked and had no clue what was going on so I left after an hour. Instructor is from Venezuela so everything was mumbled and English was not allowed so whatever she said, I just nodded

My advisor was out sick so I cant talk about changing my major.

Well, got my new phone but the "bad news" just keeps on coming...

Found out today that an old family friend of mine, who also was a teacher of mine, passed away after a long battle with cancer. She lost one of her three kids early last year to brain cancer and had been fighting it herself for a long time.

And then I also found out that there is a good chance my dad is going to be moving down to Atlanta. I'm happy for him because the job sounds a lot better/less stressful than his current one and it'd probably make him a lot happier, it's just hard not to be a little selfish and wish he could wait until after I graduate since one of the best parts about UMass is being twenty minutes away from my Dad and getting to see him quite a bit.

Yeah, I'd actually be pretty excited about visiting him down there. Maybe find a time to get tickets to a Hawks/Celtics or a Thrashers/Bruins game.
