1. Getting out of Panera would be a godsend.

2. Just got home from playing, finished 4th out of 16 and got my money back. Final hand I had 9s-7s against 7h-5d. He flopped two pair and I couldn't catch anything in the last two cards. Could've been better, but I didn't make any mistakes and played fairly well, so that's all I can ask for.

Good news: I got out about an hour or so earlier than I thought from my Heart Ball event.


More good news: My dad bid on and won a trip to see a Dodgers series, basically roundtrip flight to LA and club seats for 3 Dodgers games. I can't wait.

The funny thing is we're actually friends with the people that donated them.

They live in Tulsa, but have Dodgers season tickets, they have Thunder tickets, too.

I'm basically told I suck overall as a worker.

Last week when I was back washing dishes, the manager was walking by and said "I'd get used to being back here if I were you", "good luck getting back out on line"...smartass comments like "we only put you back here because we thought you liked it"...stuff like that. I think it's really unprofessional for the people that run the place to say that to their employees.

Last week when I was back washing dishes, the manager was walking by and said "I'd get used to being back here if I were you", "good luck getting back out on line"...smartass comments like "we only put you back here because we thought you liked it"...stuff like that. I think it's really unprofessional for the people that run the place to say that to their employees.

Sometimes you are going to have jobs that are just like that. Most of the time, their is another side of the story though, was their anything you did to cause this.

1) I would get harassed at work if I were an incompetent worker who complained all the time and left notes about getting more hours.

2) If you sucked it up and avoided confrontation (no more childish notes), you'd probably get a promotion to where you don't wash dishes all the time.

3) You could be a man and talk to your manager in a polite and professional manner and discuss what you have to do in order to stop washing dishes all the time.

But of course, you won't do any of that. You'll just sit there and complain, and then wonder why your manager makes you wash dishes all the time. You can't expect to have things handed to you, you have to prove yourself to the manager/boss and then they will give your more responsibility.
