Re: OS Off Topic 2009
A bit OT, but -
Some of my friends who were swimmers used things similar to a Shamwows instead of towels, and they were in fact superabsorbant. As good as in the commercial? Not sure.
I do know that they absorbed water the best when they weren't dry, however.Comment

Have you looked at that website?http://www.criminalgovernment.com/pix/water.html
-Information can be found here.
Among the many ridiculous claims is the belief that the United States is adopting the tenants of Marxism.
If you are relying on these types of arguments to win your case, make sure someone films it as it will be absolutely hilarious.Comment

Just shoveled mine and my neighbor's driveway.
I must be one of the few that actually enjoys shoveling snow.Comment

Re: OS Off Topic 2009
Care to share what it was? I'm always in the market for good sandwich ideas.
I like shoveling snow: it's when there is ice and/or heavy slush to go along with the snow I complain.Comment

Re: OS Off Topic 2009
I was out east during the holidays and shoveling snow wasn't as dreary an activity as I remembered it to be. That said, it's not like I had to get up first thing in the morning to shovel my way out so I could get to work or anything. If I had to do that a few times a year I would hate it all over again.
Unseasonably warm here in the Willamette Valley, I was able to go for a run tonight in short sleeves.Comment

Re: OS Off Topic 2009
Well, the girl I've been talking about and I have been talking a lot more frequently. Talked for over 30 minutes tonight... AWESOME conversation. Set up the date on Saturday, so I'll probably let the talking thing mellow until Friday.
She doesn't have her license as she's from NY, and never really needed it before now. She's going to take the test and all that at the end of this month. So, after dinner, I thought it'd be fun/funny to go to this very nice go-kart place/bar as a way for her to "practice".Comment

Re: OS Off Topic 2009
Longhorn, on second thought, I don't know if it was the best ever, but it was damn good....or maybe I was just hungry lol.
But yea, it was just a Bolagna, Cajun Ham(if you haven't tried this, I recommend this)and some shredded Mozarella Cheese on Wheat Bread with some Utz Sour Cream & Onion Potato Chips and a Fruit Punch Gatorade to go with it.
Not really a big fan of Mustard, Mayo, etc so I don't never put that on my sandwiches. But I definitely recommend you try Cajun Ham if you haven't though.#RespectTheCultureComment

A special thank you goes out to OSU for bringing that Subway commercial back up as I was just starting to get it out of my head after seeing it numerous, numerous, numerous times this weekend.#RespectTheCultureComment
