Good man thanks. I'm in week 3 right now and I'm starting to get the hang of things.

If only I could shake this ridiculous craving for ice cream right now. It's gonna overtake me here soon and I might give in!

I just picture you resisting the craving for ice cream and shouting "I. Am a Machine!" like Schwartzenegger in T3.

I do. I sit in front of the bowl of ice cream and just stare at it. Then I huff and puff walking around until I throw the bowl against the wall and run around outside screaming to burn off the calories I gained thinking about eating the ice cream.

I have a pimple on my forehead that looks like its about to explode.

I once heard that if you pop a pimple it can cause it to spread and more pimples will show up....is that true? Because I really would like to pop this sucker.
