Do you know how much 5 JOINTS daily would be? Yes if you drastically over use anything it would be bad for you. One can die from drinking too much water, I guess we should make that illegal too.

Pretty sure too much weed doesn't mess with you much at all. Super High Me was a pretty funny documentary about smoking weed 24/7 for 30 days.

The tax money the government would make from it. Plus legality would mean a greater supply, meaning prices go down, meaning cartels have less incentive to peddle it as it wouldn't be profitable anymore.

That would be even worse. That would give cartels incentive to war with the US over control of the drug trade.

The thing about marijuana is that its tough to tell if someone is on it sometimes. Like if I work at a job where we deal with heavy machinery...if someone came into work drunk you will almost notice immediately, but if someone came in high on weed, it might go unnoticed and their stoned @$$ might end up getting someone killed.

And the sad part is, all of the tests they ran on him - he improved during the 30 days he was smoking 24/7, compared to the 30 days where we was completely sober.


And yes, if you smoke too much weed is can mess with you, but to compare its use to cigarettes is laughable. I don't, personally, know anyone who smokes over a half ounce a day, but I know at least 10 people that smoke over a pack of cigs a day.

all of my friends who are big time stoners are the ones who are making all of your High tech gadgetry. I got a friend who smokes weed everyday and makes 6 figures working on Government Satellites.

Oh, and the gateway drug stuff is Bull. I've smoked almost daily (minus a few weeks here or there) for the past year and a half. I've been offered mushrooms, acid, X and Coke and, shockingly, I said no to each and every one. People moving on to harder drugs from weed has nothing to do with weed, it has to do with the person.

That Gateway BS is just that. It is typical American thinking, Blame someone else for your problem. By saying Marijuana is a gateway drug releases the person for being held responsible by his friends or family for doing Coke or heroin. It is a personal responsibilty issue, If you Honestly believe that Smoking weed makes someone want to do coke, then you have fallen prey to the hype.

Marijuana does not make someone want to do coke, That person wanting to get a "new"buzz or high is the gateway. If weed is a gateway drug, then you might as well call extreme sports a gateway drug too.

Let's drop the gateway thing then. If someone uses a drug, says that they can stop doing it anytime that they want to, and makes an attempt to and fails at it they are addicted. That would make weed an addictive drug. And don't come with the weed is none addictive BS because I have seen people addicted to weed.

Smoking five "joints" per day would be the equivalent of drinking 2 fifths of liquor every day. That's an absolutely absurd amount over a prolonged period of time.

Make it Legal and you take away alot of money from Drug Cartels.

Marijuana is the third gateway drug behind alcohol and tobacco, but whatever the most common and cheapest drug would be a gateway drug. If cocaine was $15 a gram, it would be a gateway drug.

lol I smoked weed habitually but i gave it up No problem? How you ask, well it is something called a Priority. I wanted to be a Soldier in the Army, that was more Important than smoking weed. Now I am a truck Driver, I get tested monthly. No problem not smoking weed for me, Trust me I am not unique. If Weed was addictive it would be legal because the Politicians in this country would still be smoking and they would want it legal!


You probably do not even know how it became Illegal, It is actually quite racist.
