Had Highland Brewing's winter seasonal this past weekend. It was okay, nothing special. Also got to finally buy a bottle of Avondale's Vanillaphant. Previously it was available only via draft. If you're ever in Alabama make sure you try a brew from Avondale Brewery.

Picked up a few randoms at Publix last night. Sam Adams White Christmas, Terrapin Hopsecutioner(love this stuff), Sam Adams Whitewater IPA, and Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale.

Any robust chocolate brews you guys like? Anybody ever had barley wine?

Rogue's Double Chocolate Stout. Probably one of my top 3 beers I've ever had. Delicious. Now if only I could find it out here in NYC.

I'm positive I've seen Founders in a couple of the better liquor stores in Baltimore. I'll keep an eye out. If I see it I'll let you know where.

Don't know that one but I have been to a couple of good spots in Columbia. It seems like most of the more "known" spots in the area have A LOT of variety. The Wine Source is my usual go to, but there are a couple that have a good selection.

Very Good Seasonal last night and have another waiting for me tonight
