Just picked up some Dogfish Head Punkin Ale and Southern Tier Pumking. It's gon' be a good night, and I'm thinking much of the same tomorrow.

Generally speaking, I'm with Mabster on the pumpkin beers. But these two (dogfish head and southern tier) are two of a very small handful that I really enjoy.

I actually like Flying Dog's as well.

If yall can get your hands on Full Tilt Patterson Pumpkin or Schlaflys, you'll change your tune.

I'll try to find the Full Tilt one. Can't have more than one at a time, but I still love the berger cookie beer. I've had Schlaflys, it's not bad. Maybe I'll give it another go to be fair.

Damn, y'all are making me into a liar, lol. I like Flying Dog's also. Odd bc I'm not a huge fan of most of their beer. They seem to have too much going on, for lack of a better way to put it. With that said, I do like the subtly in their old bay beer so I'm kind of all over the place.

I picked up a 6 pack of Blue Moon Harvest Pumpkin Ale the other day at the store, pretty good tasting.

Been struggling to find beer that I actually think tastes good now that I'm 21, since before I just chugged Natty or Bud Light

I've found another nice pumpkin beer to add to the list. Magic Hat Wilhelm Scream Pumpkin Ale. It came in a sampler pack that I found.

Pumpkin ales are either awful or great. There seems to be no in between with them.

I've been drinking a lot of Ninkasi's Oktoberfest so far this fall, as well as Pfriem's Pumpkin Bier (the bar next to my apartment had it on for about 15 seconds, and I managed to grab one pint). I tend to drink locally a lot, as when I lived in Eugene, I drank a ton of Eugene/Bend/Springfield beers, with a good amount of Portland beers too.

Is anyone on Untappd? I am pretty obsessive about cataloging my beers.

I like the taste of Pumking but refuse to buy it because I think it's ridiculously overpriced.

Marketed very well for sure and a good tasting beer, but not at all worth the price.

I've found myself sticking to IPA's throughout the fall this year for the first time.
