Which is kinda weird. If he is this young looking and talks like that. I don't think you can produce semen. Maybe I am wrong. I know he is 13, but his hormone, especially his male ones haven't kick in yet. Who knows. My Niece was 15 when she had a baby. So I wish the best for them.

I realize that he acknowledges it is too late considering the birth of a child, but I have to ask why didn't he have this talk years ago?

My mom talked to me about sex when I was really young. I can't even say for sure how young I might have been. It might have been some time after kindergarten or even before. The talk included everything sex from the organs to the female period cycle.

I don't understand why the talk seems so taboo. It's important for everyone to know. There is nothing traumatizing about sex. If a kid is old enough to understand television then that kid is old enough to understand the entire process from their parent. The kid isn't going to end up roont.

I could go to Caracas, Venezuela, throw a rock, and I guarentee you I will hit some kid with a bad teenage mustache that already has two young ones crawling around the dirt hut. I'm sorry, but this story is not that incredible (to the point where it is not even news worthy). Now the 8 year old girl who had a kid a few years back, that is much more fascinating.
