Lots of athletes....

Most Notable by far:

I rode in an elevator in the San Francisco Mariott with Muhammad Ali and Gregory Hines about a decade ago or so. I didn't say anything, I was stunned to be in the presence of Ali, who even in his reduced state had an aura or presence about him, I just can't explain.

Pretty much anyone on the Saints since 2000 or 2001(whichever year they brought training camp back to Louisiana)

Jamie Foxx on the set of Double Take, which my aunt produced

Terrell Davis and Shannon Sharpe the year after the Broncos won their first superbowl because Neil Smith is our cousin and let us go in the area where players park

Willie Nelson and BB King at a rehersal for an event that Wynton Marsalis was doing in New York(he's a friend of our family and let us watch)

Ricky Williams at the zoo the summer he was drafted

Have to mention Joe Horn seperate cause he's one of the nicest athletes I've ever met. He would stay after training camp to sign any autograph and just talk to people about anything.

Gene Smith(athletic director for OSU)- he has a program for black males at OSU and I got chosen to be in it. Him and his wife are really nice people and will do just about anything for anyone.

Malcolm Jenkins- I was pledging for the fraternity he's in(couldn't go through with the process last year cause my grandfather died but I'm still doing it this year) and he was one of the officers so I had to talk to him all the time. He's one of the few athletes that I know at OSU who actually cares about school and doesn't sound like a *******.

About a week ago, I met all these guys in the span of 24 hrs.

Ron Maclean, Jose Calderon, Shane Victorino, Joel Hanrahan, Jesse Crain, and Scott Richmond.

Crain by far being the coolest, he even signed my skateboard.

Talked to Jay Buhner (former M's RF) at a golf expo this weekend for about 20 minutes . Convinced him to possibly come out for an appearance this summer at our ballpark! My boss was stoked when I called him Sunday.
