Ah ok I had done that. So do I accept meet ups on their behalf, or do I link the three of us together somehow and we get matched with another group? Since I figured the other group would want to see all 3 people on the other side first.

I think when they click on the invitation after you send it to them, it'll add them to the reservation, but it isn't final until they pay. If for some reason they or you can't go, you can get any guy you know to take their/your place. They reserve the rights to cancel memberships if one or more cancel the reservation. Apparently, they don't play.

I have to help out for an awards show/silent auction that evening, so I'm going to be 30 minutes late to the Grouper date.

Having some bad luck lately. The last two girls I've gone out with were probably the two I've liked the most and had the most fun with since I've started getting on these sites. Only problem with that is BOTH of them are only here for the summer before moving or going back to school.

I stay away from anyone that goes to a big university or moves off for school.

The big one around me I see all the time is SMU and TCU. I mean they REALLY can't find a guy among the 10,000 students that they attend school with. 90% of whom are probably well off or will be in the future.

I steer clear as well, but neither of them mentioned it so I had no idea until it got brought up when we were hanging out. Oh well, at least I know I will have a good time with both of them.

Well, my first grouper wasn't much of a success.

I showed up about an hour late because of a prior engagement, which was a horrible first impression.

Then, I was about 99% focused on Game 7, and the girls had to repeat themselves or my friends had to get my attention, because I was so focused on the game.

And finally, I wasn't really in the mood since I had been up for about 14 hours and had a migraine.

They left by like 10 (started at 8), but we ended up hanging out with some other people from another grouper there.

This definitely seems like a hit or miss proposition: either you will hit it off and things will go great (like my friend's previous grouper) or it will be a complete bust and you won't even get their numbers. Apparently, they told my friends they had exams tomorrow and a dog to take care of ( typical female BS),
so they had to jet.

I didn't care, because LeBron got his second ring, and I think they were going for the Spurs, so it's probably for the best.

I will go on another one next month, I think this thing has a ton of potential.

If I were single that would be hard because you would have to line up guys with girls. What if there is a grenade in there? I could just see a competition over a girl

Well, when my friend and two of our other friends went with him last Thursday, one of them left to go see the Superman movie, and the other two hooked up with the two hotter girls. But they said they were all attractive.

But yes, I can imagine if there is one (or two) girls that aren't attractive, it can be interesting to see how that plays off...who falls on the grenade for the team. I guess the guy who the hot girl shows the most interest win is how they can decide that.

The higher up you get in ranking (Bronze, Silver, Gold, etc), the faster you'll be matched. I haven't set one up, but my friend was able to reserve one two weeks in a row.

They took a giant groupergram with another one, so their picture should be on the site at some point.

So the girl I have been seeing from POF has been nothing short of great. We get along better than I could have imagined. There is not a time of day when we don't talk and I see her 3-4 times a week, no complaints here.

I haven't had to do this avenue in awhile and I'm sure stuff has changed as its gotten even more popular than it was.
