The TV show ruined that family. They seemed pretty normal (for a family of a celebrity) until they went on TV and the rest of the family became famous.

Which dad had a creepier obsession with his daughter, Hulk or Joe (father of Jessica) Simpson?

They live in the same town I do, and I've seen Linda out with the 19 year old dude. My wife calls him "so nasty". It's embarrassing to see them out. She's disgusting, he's all stringy haired and retarted looking (again, my wife's words).

This article will surely raise eyebrows, but he makes some valid points.

        Good for the Huckster.

If my wife did that I'd be pissed too. I love her lawyers comments too. "This is the unfortunate situation that Linda has had to live with, rage that is associated with pro wrestlers." LOL HAHA

"Linda and her family are taking these comments very seriously."

I can't wait till that 19 year old dumps her and takes her ****. That'll be great.

I'm not saying Hogan touching Brooke sometimes can't help but look a bit funny but I don't get any creepy perv vibe.

Maybe it comes from sports/activities that involve breaking peoples personal space ballons/ non sexual touching but he just doesn't have the same hang ups about it that some do.

And I'll concur...TV ruined that family.

Eh? Hope you guys are just kidding. Cameras didn't have some type of sub-machine gun attached to the lens, huh?

This is just a train wreck.....and if anything, people love to watch a train wreck. And TV loves to show more and more train wrecks.

I'm not. From what I can tell, they were a normal family before the TV show started and Linda and the kids became celebrities.

How in the world would you know anything about anyone's family prior to going onto a TV show or not? My contention would be that if they were a well grounded family and there was nothing to shake their foundation, none of this crap would have been ALLOWED to creep in by them. They invited this. I would wager that Hogan primarily invited this. He was THE top billing wrestler and face of the WWF (or whatever) and that went by the wayside. I think he needed something as simply having his family was not enough.

But, hey, believe what you want.

I totally don't know what they were like BEFORE the show started but once it started airing and got some popularity...then yes that family dynamic started cracking all to hell.

I wasn't even a fan of the show overall but caught it enough to see the changes in Linda and even more so in Nick.

Not to hi-jack the thread, but I'm pretty sure I've seen Joe Simpson giving Jessica the "Mmm Hmmm, gonna get me some of that....." look.

Joe Simpson seems a little, umm, non-straight, if you get what I am saying.

Yeah, I understand OJ too - but I also understand that he's a complete and total scumbag. Yeah, it sucks to get screwed over in divorce court, but you don't go kill your ex-wife. That's just a ridiculous comment to make...

He didn't say he was gonna do it, just that he understood why OJ did it.

Feeling that level of anger/hurt and acknowledging the dark path it could lead one down is my opinion better than internalizing it and letting it build.

Exactly.... I don't know why people are reading this

"You live half a mile from the 20,000-square-foot home you can't go to anymore, you're driving through downtown Clearwater [Florida] and see a 19-year-old boy driving your Escalade, and you know that a 19-year-old boy is sleeping in your bed, with your wife..." Hogan tells Rolling Stone.
"I totally understand OJ. I get it."
and start thinking that Hogan is gonna go ape on his wife and her new man with a machete. All he said was "I understand". Like I said before, he basically did Chris Rock's standup routine from a few years ago, except that he's actually living it.

Its just a case of you can think something but you better not say it.

I mean come on if Malibu's Most Wanted went rolling by in your Escalade with your wife snuggled up beside him, what would you be thinking.

I'd be seeing Red. But instead of saying stuff about OJ, I'd go "Throw Mama from The Train" on him and Cris Cross his A$$ while I was at Wrestlemania XXV infront of 100,000 fans who could vouch for my where abouts.
