Teaching Anger Management Class... need some help guys

Ok, well I teach an anger management class at the agency I work at every Thursday. I am normally very prepared but I'm stuck doing some paperwork that has to be turned in tomorrow morning. Therefore, I don't really have the time to brainstorm or research a nice creative activity to do with them that I haven't already done. My group ranges from 13 to 17 years old. Any ideas fellas?

I've never seen an anger management class. What are some typical types of activities you do with them?

Yeah, it all depends. For example, last week I presented them with some difficult scenarios, put them in groups and allowed them to act out the scenarios. Afterwards, I asked them to document the proper way to handle each respective situation. Depending on how engaged the kids are, it can be very simple and enjoyable or very slooooooow and dreadful, lol.

Instead of presenting them with difficult scenarios, you could ask them to explain a situation where they reacted angrily, and to identify a better way of handling the situation.

put them in partners ("fury fighters") and teach them to say "goosefraba..." oh, and maybe sing the song "I feel pretty."
