One NBA Championship in 10 years is hardly what I would call dominating.#RespectTheCultureComment

Re: Most Dominating Team/Player of the Decade

How can you be the highest scoring team in NFL history and not be dominant offensively?

 No he isn't.Pujols is close.

Team sports wise, I'd probably go:

 1. Bonds (yes he did steroids, but he delivered arguably the 3 best batting seasons ever)
 2. The Tebow
 3. Duncan
 4. Shaq
 5. Tom BradyLast edited by Cebby; 06-09-2009, 07:03 PM.Comment

Re: Most Dominating Team/Player of the Decade

How could a player who cheated still be considered dominant knowing those stats are tainted?

Agreed, Pujols may not obliterate the competition like Tiger but I can't think of anyone more feared in MLB than him (besides maybe Johan)...Ortiz only had 4 good years, Manny now has the same "*" as Bonds, A-Rod is nowhere near as clutch, Mariano Rivera was dominant but also lost the series in both the '01 WS and the '04 ALCS, both hugely memorable.Originally posted by Gibson88Anyone who asked for an ETA is not being Master of their Domain.

Re: Most Dominating Team/Player of the Decade

Because he was still the best. Pretty simple.

Dominant. My bad Cebby. That list you posted was your Most Feared or Most Dominating?

 A career of:

 Championship
 Heisman
 Championship
 Championship and Heisman

is amazing. He'll be in the group of Babe Ruth, Jordan, and Jerry Rice (as a WR) as unarguably the best ever. People need to start enjoying the dominance.Comment

Re: Most Dominating Team/Player of the Decade

I'm pretty sure Duncan and Brady will have done that in more than 4 years.

The Tebow did not have that luxury.

And the Lakers are better than the Spurs.

At worst, the Lakers will have an equal number of championships and MVPs, but 3 more Finals appearances.Comment
