Zero.
I will have club soda/seltzer and occasionally add some orange/pineapple juice to it....but that's about it.
I drank a Pepsi at a party recently...and wanted to vomit. I felt sick for hours. Seriously. I have no idea what made me drink that.

Went almost two years without any... now I drink them when I get fast food or something. I never just buy soda to drink. I jsut drink them sometimes when I eat.

I also don't drink juice. Sugar is sugar either way and my metabolism can't afford it if I want to have a somewhat normal diet. I used to drink a few sugar free energy drinks per day that emphasized vitamins and moderate caffeine, but recently I'm getting rid of that too.

Milk, water, and 1 beer on the weekends.

In my opinion energy drinks are just expensive forms of pop. They contain nearly the same thing - water, high fructose corn syrup, and caffeine. There's no vitamin fortification that's going to jack up your energy stores like advertised.

Berry is good!...I also drink strawberry/banana, rasberry(can't think of what it's mixed with) and grape is good too. I basically a juicaholic though.

Don't drink any soda drinks. We drink only bottled water. We have a 2-litre bottle next to us whenever we're at home (next to bed, next to the sofa etc.).

A 12-pack usually lasts me about 10 or 11 days. I drink green tea, water, and orange juice as well.
