I only drink Diet Cherry Pepsi, Nothing else. I will usually have 1-2 a day, depends on how I feel.

I say though, I seriously cannot drink regular soda, it just tastes way too sugary for me.

I only have around four sodas a week, if that. However I do drink a Starbucks doubleshot or two six to seven days a week. Other than that it's just water, juices, and tea for me.

I drink maybe 3 or less a month. If there's some festivities going on then I'll have about 2 in that same evening and then it's got to be either Hansens or Virgils. Those are the best. Anything other than one of these two is a waste of sugar and I'd rather just have water.
Have to agree with 2 pops or sodas a day isn't quite what I'd call moderation, but then again it depends on how much you were previously drinking..
Drink of choice is good'ol H2O and Never TAP btw. Or hardly any of the bottled versions of Tap either. Usually home filtered, or Fiji.

Back in middle/high school I drank entirely way too much soda. I know during my junior and senior years I easily went through two 12-packs in 5-7 days.

I've cut down a ton though, because my doctor said the mass consumption was the reason why my sleep habits were the way they were. When I moved into the apartment with my 2 friends, they don't drink soda, so I drank whatever else we had, which was pretty much Gatorade and more Gatorade. Then I started drinking less outside of the house, and instead of getting a soda at the gas station, I'd get iced tea or chocolate milk or something like that. Now I probably drink 5 sodas a week tops, but I still have an insomniac-like sleep pattern.

I thought I was bad, but at least now I know I'm not the only one.

I'll have probably 3-4 mountain dews a day. It never used to be that bad, but now I can't go a day without one, I start to NEED a carbonated drink. Don't know why, my body is just used to having so much a day. I should stop the excessiveness, especially because I'm a high school athlete, but I just can't stop haha.

Soda is terrible for you. There is no nutritional value in it. Moderation is having it once in awhile. Not having it be a regular part of your diet.

Moderation is the proscess of eliminating or lessening extremes. Just because moderation for you is having it once in a while, that doesn't mean moderation for him is once in a while.

You do realize that one can of soda has about ten teaspoons of sugar in it, right? I don't consider that moderation. But I'm not here to tell people what to do. Live your life the way you see fit.

But you got it man, you obviously need some sort of justification for your actions, so you say people that call soda the devil are overreacting.

And I don't need to justify anything I do. I like the way Dr. Pepper tastes, so guess what? I'm going to drink one or two of them a day.

I drink about 4-5 20 ounce coke zeros a week. Only at work, on my job's dime. I don't buy soda at the grocery store anymore.
