Also, that is not irony. Look it up!

    5. an outcome of events contrary to what was, or might have been, expected.
    6. the incongruity of this.
    7. an objectively sardonic style of speech or writing.
    8. an objectively or humorously sardonic utterance, disposition, quality, etc.

I bolded 5, but I feel 8 may apply! Btw, Scott, I was just funnin' ya lol.

Still disagree with that, but OK. Mine was more of a typo, or a some what oxymoron. But not irony. A lot of people use that word wrong. I know I was joking too. But I still feel it is not irony. Irony is the hardest thing to use if you ask me. I just got done taking an English workshop. It was really interesting.

I don't think that was contrary to what was expected, he said he doesn't reread what he types, and clearly, he doesn't!

Nope; never have online. Now when I am writing some paper for school or work. I reread and catch a lot of mistakes, but not here. I don't give a rip about mistakes I make here.

LOL, I guess I would've just expected him to check just this one teensy-weensy post about grammar...but eh. I didn't know there were 9 definitions of irony.

                  Actaully it should be:

See I really should reread what I write. I am a teacher too! But oh well; it is all good.

Wait, all I missed was the "N" wow that is first. I usually butcher more than that when I don't reread it!

                              Yep

I always use commas for effect, in fact I usually end up taking a lot of them out of my papers. I also have to re-read what I post, as I have been known to ramble on in a sentence just using commas.

Also, I don't think I can enter a "profound state of unconsciousness" more than once at a time... This is rather fun Im just messing around, of course.
