Just finished the Kempo X. It seems to be Plyo-lite. Basically another day of cardio and lots of leg work and balance. I'll stretch it out tomorrow, and hopefully the 2nd time through all the workouts next week will be just as challenging as the 1st one. So far, I'm very excited with the potential of this program.

Kempo X was basically a kickboxing/karate style workout. Very nice and very invigorating.

I dread mondays and tuesdays... i decided to rest instead of stretch x sunday. i hope i can at least repeat exactly what i did last week. maybe do a few more reps for each exercise, but since this is only week 2, just repeating last week will be good enough.

I'd imagine yoga gets boring for those without back or flexibility issues.

I look forward to it more than of the workouts though, I feel like I'm 18 again after I finish it. I try to do it twice a week as well.

Week 2, Day 1. Chest and Back again. I was able to finish everything without too much trouble. Once I got to the divebombers, I was really struggling, but was able to do 4 the 2nd time around. Whew. Love how I feel after these workouts.

Yeah it was much easier this week! Also less exhausted as well. Ab Ripper isn't feeling as dreadful anymore...

oy, day 2 of plyo. i was able to finish it this time with a little cheating... but i was able to finish. i'm def. seeing progress in fitness and strength level. i hope to see physical results soon too. but i'm not going to look until after phase 1 is complete. i've taken a "day 0" pic. once day 30 is done, i'll take pics again, and hopefully see some progress. onto week 2 day 3!

Nice, glad you're making progress!

I was actually able to do the entire thing with only one "reset" or break outside of the time they gave. My body is still sore like a mo-fo and I'm seeing a bit more tone in the body. Happy so far... keep at it, push yourself, and make sure you don't turn on an AC or anything to lessen your sweat!

Looking forward to today. It's Yoga I'm not looking forward to. Zzzzzzz..

Yoga is definitely my least favorite workout of p90x. I did it earlier this year and will be starting back up next week before 2k10 drops

I'm interested in the idea of this - but not with a diet plan (I'm not ready for one), and I have lower back pain that I NEED to get rid of.

Nice! It's good to see others on this program. I was skeptical at first about this until I tried it. I tell you the first week was brutal. I started with the Classic program and I'm not going to lie, Day 1..in the middle of the Chest and Back workout, I threw up! LOL. I didn't think I would have survived the first week, but I'm glad I did. After week one I already noticed my body changing, doing more reps..etc. I had to laugh with all of the Yoga stories because I can relate.

After finishing the 90 days I definitely noticed a change, but I'm still not where I want to be. I just started the Lean program to see if I can get a little more definition.

I believe it says specifically in the DVD's that if you have specific physical problems to NOT try it.

I did the first 5 weeks of the workout and the diet, I have since changed it up a bit. I kind of worked out my own way of doing things from both a diet and workout standpoint. I do the workout pretty much on par for the course but I do not do Yoga or Kenpo. On those days I do a 4 mile run instead, and I run 1 other day most likely its always on my chest day, and I run on the off/strech day

I did the diet like i said, perfectly the first 5 weeks, lost a bunch of weight, and like the progress i made, just there wasnt much variety and it got old real quickly. I still drink skim milk and use wheat bread, etc but im not counting the points or anything. I know when im doing something bad for my diet lol. Since I started doing it my own way I actually see better results and feel even better.

I recommend p90x to anyone at this point, i love it and the results have been great.

week 2, day 3: arms and shoulders. def. making progress. i either kept up with last week and/or increased reps and/or increased weights. so overall, i feel like i'm definitely stronger than last week. the abs are getting bearable. i'm still not completely doing all the reps, but i can do at least 10 of every exercise. tomorrow is yoga which wasn't that great, but i'll still do it. keep up the good work fellow p90x-ers!
