          Will do.

We took him for the ole snip-snip the other day. I felt bad because he was so excited when we got into the vet's office. He had no idea what he was in for... lol. It doesn't seem to have changed him at all, but I know he's just a puppy and is still developing his personality. We have kept the lamp-shade on him to keep him from licking his stitches. He's gotten used to the "hat," as my mom calls it.

I'm having a small issue that you guys might be able to help me with: We seem to have Bradley trained. He hasn't had an accident in the house in a few weeks. And he does let us know when he needs to go outside. The only problem is that he barks and growls to let us know. I'm not real sure how to handle the situation. I don't want him barking and growling at anyone, but I am glad he lets us know when he needs to go out.

              RIP Elvis.

I know exactly what your going through. So sorry. I was about 3 weeks behind you. On 10/2 I had to put my dog down (page 28 labrador) literally an hour before I was supposed to attend a UT/OU watch party. I was a ton of fun, let me tell you. May very well have been the toughest thing I've ever had to do.

My Boston Terrier, Miley, and I are still doing agility competitions, and we had one this past weekend. Miley did really well. This video is from her two runs on Sunday where she got first and second places. She's met one of the requirements last month for her Master Agility Champion title (MACH), I think we're on track to get it at the end of January. Anyway, here's the vid from this weekend:

                          Seeking advice.

My lil' girl eats way too fast. She doesn't even chew her food half the time. As a result, she's got that bloated belly. Even if I give her a treat she just swallows it whole. How do I remedy this habit?

Just FYI, She gets fed at the exact same time every day, same amount but just attacks it like she's scared someone is gonna take it from her. Also she's on a regular deworming schedule so it's not that.

Unless your dog is very small, the food bowl should not be on the floor. The dog's head should be in a natural standing position while eating. This helps a lot with bloat.

Yeah, we used put our Newfs food and water bowls on a low table. But I think he wants to know how to make his dog not eat so fast which I don't think there really is a way. So yeah, put the bowl up so his head remains more in line with his back when he's eating.

Feeding by hand or just putting out less food at a time to pace her will help. Adding a little warm water can also help.
