Re: I work w/a cat lady

Do you know what today is?
    Saul: Tuesday.
Red: This is my cat's birthday today.
Dale Denton: I don't see a cat in here. I'm sorry. Did you let it out by accident?
Red: No, because he died three months ago, okay? So now who's the funny guy?
    Dale Denton: I'm sorry?
Red: Today is his birthday and it is a tradition that on his birthday I get up extra early and make him his favorite kind of dessert.
Saul: Don't worry, bro. Your cat's going to heaven.
Red: Yeah, maybe. Maybe he went to heaven. He was a little ******. He could've gone to hell.

I had a crazy cat lady as my high school Spanish teacher. Now I despise that language thanks to her.

Awesome. Better than 28 cats in a shelter with no home, living in a crappy cage. Looks like they have a nice house and are taken care of.

I'm almost certain there are places that have limits as to how many pets you can have....I just got a kitten on Friday and I'm already tired of scooping the box!

You're tired of it because you have friends. This lady obviously has no loved ones, otherwise she wouldn't have a ****-ton of cats in the first place. All she has to live for are those little love-nuggets to scoop out of the litter-trough. I say trough because it's obvious that your standard box just won't do in this case.

Let me guess: She's at least age 40, obese, and single, correct?

Wait, so since I have a cat and don't mind taking care of it I don't have any friends?

I love my cat, and we had 3 as a kid, but can't imagine 28. That's just not right, you can't actually give them enough attention. IMO that's probably a health hazard of some sort.

I highly doubt you have a grin on your face when you're plucking its turds out of the box.

There is a big difference between having a grin and not minding it.

I hardly doubt that even someone who has 28 cats has a grin while doing it regardless of if they have friends or not. It has nothing to do with someone having friends or not.

lol, whatever dude. I'm not saying a person doesn't have loved ones because they have 28 cats, I'm saying a person has 28 cats because they don't have loved ones.

And I'm in no position to comment on whether you have friends or not.. All I know about that matter is that I don't usually make friends with people that can't take a joke.

My bad, didn't know that was an attempt at humor.

It was a futile attempt, but an attempt nonetheless. All good man, I seem to be getting mobbed on after every post I've made all week, so I've been in a defensive mindset lately, I guess.

I'm glad your kitty has a good home, though.
