Do you eat breakfast every morning?

I eat breakfast every morning, whether its cereral or something more time consuming like sausage and pancakes or what have you. Not because of the ol'saying that "breakfast is the most important meal of the day", but moreso that I cannot function during the day without having ate breakfast.

Typically during the week, I fix something that is quick like cereral, bacon and toast, or oatmeal. On weekends, I'll typically eat cereal on Saturday and then Sunday is pancake day.

So what about you OS...do you eat breakfast every morning?

Yes. Not eating breakfast is a very stupid decision, IMO.

I never eat breakfast.

I can't eat within about two hours of waking up. I just have no appetite.
And I dislike breakfast foods. I'm not a big fan of eggs or potatoes or pancakes/waffles.

On Monday/Wednesday I wake up at 10 and eat around noon or 1 p.m. On Tuesday/Thursday I wake up at 7:15 and don't eat until 11 a.m.

While breakfast is my favorite of all the meals food wise, I rarely eat it. I have no appetite in the mornings. I usually don't get hungry till around lunch time when I'm at work.

Plus it kinda weighs me down. Makes me want to take a nap.

I cook breakfast at home on the weekends for the wife and kids but even then I rarely eat cause it cuts into my drinkin! LOL

The few times I do have breakfast are typically when we're on vacations.

I eat in the morning, but it just dont be breakfast food. Like this morning I had a 6 inch pastrimi sub with some potato chips at 9am LOL.

I haven't missed breakfast in years. Every morning it's the same shake made in a blender, love it. I'd probably freak out of I couldn't have it one morning. If I'm on the road it's a four-egg omelet with mushrooms, broccoli and some Trader Joe's chicken sausage.

Not every morning, but basically. Normally at work I bring a Nature Valley granola bar, a banana, and another piece of fruit (apple, orange) and just eat that during the morning hours. Sometimes I go get a bagel sandwich or a breakfast burrito (normally about 11:30) and that will hold me over until dinner. At home, I actually eat it less frequently because I often skip and go right to lunch because I don't feel like cooking in the morning. But when I make breakfast, I do it up... love me some well-cooked eggs.

Oh yeah, I've always awakened with a ravenous appetite. These days my daughter and I share a big bowl of either Rice Chex or Life and munch out of a giant fruit salad I make on Sundays that lasts all week (mainly for breakfast).

LOL...I thought I was one of the only people, outside my parents and brother, that made a bowl of fruit salad to eat in the mornings with breakfast.

I have changed alot... I never used to eat breakfast except on weekends and then I would make eggs, Pork Spicy Sausage, Hashbrowns.. you get the picture.. But now I have a Low Carb shake every moring and on Sunday's I allow myself a nice eggs and Shadybrook farm spicy turkey sausage.... I must say I feel a ton better... Over the last month and a half having shake for breakfast, Bar for lunch and veggies or small cheese square for snacks in between.. My appetite has shrunk and I'm loosing good weight.. I will not go back to missing meals or snacks throughout the day... I have got off soda and have large amounts of water everyday... Sorry for the ramble but starting the day off with something in your body is good...

It depends what you consider breakfast.

Every morning that I have class (M/W/F) and I have to wake up early I eat breakfast. Every other morning I usually sleep past what people would consider breakfast time, but I still eat at least a little something as soon as I wake up.

Depends. On Tuesday/Thursday I get up at 7 so I have breakfast. On Monday/Wednesday/Friday I'm usually not up until 10:30 so I usually have an early lunch.

No breakfast and normally no lunch either. I have a big snack around 3-4 pm and then eat dinner a couple hours later. I know it's unhealthy but it's just become my routine the past couple years with work.
