i work at a career school, I'm on the staff so its me and five women. the director is the only one i would bend over. My wife runs the daycare for the school so i see her. but other than the catty crap that happens its cool. I'm the floor comedian i joke with them all. one of our students is our janitor and he and i torture the girls when we can

I work with mostly males, but never talk sports with anyone. It is an IT crowd, so most guys only know bits and pieces of what they saw on the news the other day - otherwise they do not follow anything - I mean more than half of them follow cricket or soccer. We are a global company and have so many people from all over the place.

I like my co-workers and actually don't mind going to work. I work at a place that has a total of 15 people so its like a family. Which is whats expected since its a family owned business.

Even though I am the baby of the company, we hang out after work, go to UofL games together(this includes the President of the company), and just shoot the bull quite often. We talk at work about everything from sports to news to discussing our personal lives.

Its like a home away from home.
