Re: What's the reason behind your username?
My first name is James, I was born in 1992, and I'm ... um ... super.
Well, it sounded good when I was 12, anyways, but I've just stuck with it.Comment

<< Well for one, It has nothing to do with drugs.
What probably originated as a typo, I wanted something that would appear ambiguous to others, in that they could decide for themselves what it said. The most common pronunciation is "Blazer," while I have also heard "Blitzer" and "Bulldozer."
When I was a kid watching Rocket Power, when they would grind on roller blades or a skateboard it always had this cool sound effect that I would call "blazing." Because I used to skate as a kid, I just always thought it was some sort of skating verb/term.
Compared to my previous username, this is short and sweet. I'm thinking of someday changing it to Blzer_OS, but for now it will stay as is.Samsung PN60F8500 PDP / Anthem MRX 720 / Klipsch RC-62 II / Klipsch RF-82 II (x2) / Insignia NS-B2111 (x2) / SVS PC13-Ultra / SVS SB-2000 / Sony MDR-7506 Professional / Audio-Technica ATH-R70x / Sony PS3 & PS4 / DirecTV HR44-500 / DarbeeVision DVP-5000 / Panamax M5400-PM / Elgato HD60Comment

Re: What's the reason behind your username?
Back when we could freely change usernames on OS I ended up listening to The Beatles a bit too much one day and loosely named myself after "Carry That Weight":

Never really liked the name, and by the time I wanted to change it, that renaming functionality was removed. Once I (finally) donate to OS and blue-name myself I'm going by my usual internet name (if that functionality still exists after making a donation).Owner of URWL CAW WRESTLING: http://www.rantboard.net/Comment

Re: What's the reason behind your username?
Damn Yankees was a name of a movie from a long long time ago. I'm not really sure why I picked it. and the 2 at the end is pretty self explanatory I think.
The funny thing was when I started posting, Red Sox fans thought I was one of them. I had a UK avatar, and I guess they never read in to the 2 at the end. That changed pretty quickly though.Comment

Re: What's the reason behind your username?
Contrary to what some think, my username has nothing to do with the soft drink. The Seasprite (SH2-G) was the first Helicopter that I flew with while in the Navy.
