Best Individual Sports Game/Event? I believe the 2007 Daytona 500. It was supposedely Mark Martin's last year, and he had a great battle with Kevin Harvick to one of the closest finishes in Daytona 500 history

Going to amend my post. Best performance of the decade was Cael Sanderson's undefeated NCAA Wrestling Career. Wrestling is such a hard sport to go undefeated in, especially in Div-1 NCAA in just a season, let a lone a career. I will never see someone in my lifetime accomplish this feat ever again.

Two things that I will always remember happened in 2001. 1). after serving in the US Air Force it is time for me to come back to the states from Japan. I get to Langley Air Force Base check in my hotel room and the first thing I see on tv was that Aaliyah dies in a plane crash. 2). two weeks later the world trade incident.
