            Re: The Decade In Review

Listing things like Syracuse lacrosse or Penn St volleyball are silly.

First, they aren't mainstream sports and most of those types of sports have dominant teams.

Second, they aren't all that "dominant" if you want to go obscure.

Penn St volleyball have only won three championships, and Syracuse and UCONN five.

Auburn swimming and diving has won 11 championships, Alaska-Fairbanks has won 8 rifle championships, UCLA women water polo have 7, Stanford tennis has 5, and Arkansas has 6 track chips, and I'm sure others have similar results.

              Cool, thanks for the opinion.

edit: I revised my selections to fit sir cebby's criteria for what accounts in this supreme most dominant team of the decade award that I have the power to bequeath upon one such lucky organization.

                You are welcome.

I just didn't want other people to look at your post (or others with similarly bad opinions) and think you're a clown.

In the future though, don't call me "sir." I reject Western European concepts of superiority based on birth.

For the most memorable, i put that because I couldn't yell I was so shocked. I was standing there, watching the ball go up saying "ohmygodohmygodohmygod" and it fell perfectly in Byrd's hands. I was standing there, with my mouth gaping open, totally catatonic. I could barely spell out the "T-i-g-e-r-s Tigers"

You guys realize that the 2008 UConn female basketball team lost in the Final Fours, don't you?

Two of you choosing a semifinals woman's basketball team is odd.
