I'm not looking to become a body builder, just want to be able to run around and play basketball and stuff without being dead tired after a game. I'll worry about weights and stuff later on.
Today is supposed to be day 1 if the rain and snow stays away. Friend is going to be my "trainer" as she is a workout freak. Plan today is get loose playing basketball, stretch, then jog a mile or two.
Any tips or suggestions?
