For you CoQ10 and multi vitamins and stay away from the energy drinks. Just run and do crunches and maybe a few arm excercises. If you want to run further make a test each day that gradually increases in difficulty. Soon enough you will be running a mile in a shorter amount of time...While increasing endurance. If you arent that out of shape it wont be hard.
