I think he was joking, I don't think anyone has ever been 99 OVR. Highest I've seen was 90.

Pretty sure he was making a reference to the dude who got a 99 ovr and thought he should become a mod because of it, that was hilarious.

Ok guys, let me shed some light on how you really become a mod.

First you have to smoke 7 packs of menthol's in 24 hours without coughing once. Then you have to match all of ExtremeGamer's Achievements on the 360. If you have made it this far, all you need to do is beat Brett_OS, Chubbybanana, and Millennium in a Judy Bagwell on a pole match.(old wcw reference).

Once you have successfully completed all those tasks, you will be put into the pool of 47,458 members who want to be a mod. Good luck buddy! :wink:

Oh I remember that guy.......he also was posting like 100 youtube videos a day in his arena and hundreds of pics. If I remember correctly, he was some college kid.
