Nah that seems about right. You can actully get a fair bit of food into 1500cals if you know what your doing and your body will drop fat.
I've used fitday before and it's ok if you eat roughly the same thing most days because you often have to enter your own custom foods because their lists are pretty hopeless but that SP website might be better.
Are you going to track cals everyday Sting or just doing it at the start so you can gauge how much you can eat each day?
Lol today will def be a "cheat" day for me today. Heading to the Melbourne Grand Prix with all food / alcohol included. I just made sure i had a light b'fast and will get back into it hardcore tomorrow.



I started to then severly cut back on the amount of food I eat since obviously my metabolism has slowed down. In addition, with my diabets getting under great control, my body was no longer burning away fat to get energy due to there not being enough insulin available. Sadly, getting injured has realy hurt my ability to work out.
The intense pain will make you nauseous so you don't want to eat. The inability to walk distances will prevent you from snacking, and the pain medications will keep you from being hungry and stuck in a coma-like state.
