If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)Comment

Re: Haircuts. How Often Do You Get One?
Now that I'm 33 I try to wait about 3 weeks cuz my hair line is racing away from the front of my head. My homey usually just cuts it at his house for about $10. When I was in the Air force stationed in Japan I had to find someone at AAFES who could cut black dudes hair. There was this old Japanese lady good with the clippers and she always would line me up with a straight razor so I was crispy for about 10 days. The only thing I hated was all the brothers wanted her to cut their hair so you had to make an appointment. I don't mind going to a barbershop but these days you got people hanging out in front of the shops not even getting cut and thats a bad look for business. Hanging out inside ain't so bad because you will hear so funny stories from the old heads or just play the PS3 or 360. Now that I'm back in WV I gotta find a place to get a fresh cut. There is a dvd in Blockbuster called EAST COAST BARBERSHOPS that I rented and I was rolling. Especially once they started talking about getting a jacked up haircut.Last edited by loccdogg26; 04-16-2010, 09:42 AM.Fav teams:

Re: Haircuts. How Often Do You Get One?
I just got one yesterday. The guy I go to is always busy, but I just call him and he tells me how many he has waiting and around what time to come in. He usually calls me when the person before me is getting in the chair.
I pay $15. He only charges $10, but because he is good to me by calling me etc and I don't have to wait, I give him an extra $5.Comment

Re: Haircuts. How Often Do You Get One?
I agree with this. I haven't had my head shaved since I was in high school. I have an odd shaped head so, when it's completely shaved I kind of look like a dildo. Which I guess that could attract some ladies.
Anyways, back to the topic at hand- I usally get my hair cut about once a month. Sometimes I'll let it go for another week or two.Comment

Re: Haircuts. How Often Do You Get One?
I could never go over 2-3 weeks without getting my haircut. I was on leave back home over the summer and didn't get my cut for 3 weeks and was going crazy. I just hate the feeling of long hair, and my hair wasn't even that long lol. I'm much more comfortable with short hair.Ohio State - Reds - Bengals - Blackhawks - BullsComment

Re: Haircuts. How Often Do You Get One?
Last year, I went about 9-10 months without getting a haircut. The picture I posted/the Knocked Up poster was me at my apex. My hair gets thick instead of long and kind of fros out.
I think its been about 2 months since I got it cut, but I like it when it gets a little long. Probably gonna cut it again once school is out.

I just got my haircut after about 7 months worth of growing out. And I must say this is the best haircut I have gotten in 23 years of living with the same barber I've had growing up.
I feel like Cosmo Kramer on "The Haircut" episode right now. My whole life seems different since this new haircut. More lively.Comment
