Re: I hate Bikers!!
Never have issues with them. I actually enjoy seeing them when I am driving. Always a highlight of any drive to see
A. The speed and grace
B. The type of helmet they have
C. Them being stuck behind a few slow cars and then finally being able to break free.Concrete evidence/videos pleaseComment

Re: I hate Bikers!!
did you guys ever think that maybe these guys were training for an event?
now im sure not all of them are, but a lot are probably training for events which, guess what, are on roads not sidewalks or bike pathsComment

Re: I hate Bikers!!
I was laughing nearly the whole time reading that about the 'evil bicyclists'.I have a lot of problems with this post. First of all, I find it hard to believe that you get slowed down from 55 to 5. A. I have never seen a biker ride on a road where the speed limit is 55. and B. I can walk 5 mph so there's no way a biker would be going that slow especially on a road where the speed limit is 55. So you're either lying there or hugely exaggerating. Bicyclists are typically going fairly fast(25+ mph). Second of all, I've never seen a biker cut out in front of me or not let me pass. I've also never seen one that was smiling at me because "he knows I can't pass him". So you're either lying or hugely exaggerating again. Also, maybe bicycling is the norm where you live, but I don't encounter that many. Maybe 3 or 4 in a month span, if that.
Now that that's out of the way, the only times I get a little frustrating with them is when they're riding on the main road when there's a sidewalk or trail right there along side the road. Why not ride on that? Other than that, though, no real issues. I just pass them and go about my day(and again, I've never seen one cut in front of me so I can't pass him, or one that smiles at me because "he knows I can't pass him". Maybe you just have some evil bicyclists where you live).
I don't have a problem with them and I can't see anyone else having a huge problem with them either. I applaud them for going out on a sunny day and getting some great exercise in(considering how many lazy and obese people we have in this country).
I counter bicyclists about once or twice a week, but none of them cut in my way or anything, but they can become an annoyance.Comment
