I'm 31 but you'll get over it quick. It was really weird to not be in my 20's anymore but there's still plenty of fun to be had. I also can't wait until my wife(26) turns 30 so I can tease her a little bit.

Sometimes I wonder just how much of the whole "aging" thing is real and how much is imagined (psychosomatic). Though it is known that the reaches its physiological peak during the 20's, there are plenty of people in there 50's, 60',s and even older who are still in great shape and could pass for someone decades younger than they actually are. I think it's all a matter of keeping your body and your mind sharp. If you believe your are getting old and falling apart then you will feel it, but if you believe your are still young and in the prime of your life, then you will feel that way.

We had a family gathering yesterday and my younger cousins I used to run around the house with are all grown up and graduated from college now; life really flys by the older ya get...I always just thought that was just old people making conversation but it's really come to be true in my own life.

I hope when I'm 30 I'm better off then that I am now!

I'm actually quite amazed that I'm going to make it to my 30's. I've been battling health problems my whole life, so the fact that it hasn't killed me by now is quite satisfying.

Well, considering I had a malignant brain tumor the size of a baseball removed and not getting a scratch on me after falling asleep at the wheel and drifting into the lane of a 18 wheeler going 70mph I'm quite lucky to still be here as well.

lol Not quite. Did have a blood clot the size of a grape fruit that developed the day after the brain surgery. That emergency surgery last longer than the one for the brain tumor. (4.5 hrs. vs 3.5 hrs)

I need to buy some lottery tickets (or watch out for lightning strikes).
