Re: Time To Come Clean! What's Your Biggest Flaw?
Oh yeah, this used to be me in high school. I was the biggest ***** alive. I was that guy who was in every girl's friend zone and liked it.
As my best friend put it, "When they want some, they come to me, when they need advice and someone to listen, they go to you."

Re: Time To Come Clean! What's Your Biggest Flaw?
Another of my biggest flaws is the random spouts of laziness I go through. Every now and then I just let it all go to the wayside: house chores, procrastinating on homework, lack of exercise, etc but I do attribute it to getting burned out on the daily grind. Normally these funks last a week or two and then I'm back on it.
EDIT:
AH! An epiphany! Hmm, I guess reading that those two problems go hand in hand. I work too hard then burn myself out.Comment

Re: Time To Come Clean! What's Your Biggest Flaw?
I also tend to procrastinate too much and find it hard to motivate myself for meaningful activities. Anything like sports or videogames/anything competitive I always feel I have to be the best.
Which leads to probably my biggest flaw, that I'm very, very hard on myself. I hate asking favors as I've said before and I feel like I should be able to do anything and everything. If I can't, I will be so fed up with myself knowing that there was another way I could have approached a situation and failed to do so. Last night I couldn't sleep because I asked a friend for a favor which had been on my mind for the past two weeks, but I asked about 3 hours too late for them to help me. I managed to place all the blame on myself, curse myself out for about two hours, then finally get to sleep.

Re: Time To Come Clean! What's Your Biggest Flaw?
Quick temper (but getting a lot better).
Always expecting the worst to happen in a given situation.
I have a fear of public speaking. I always feel judged when standing/speaking in front of others.
Can't swim.
Always do terrible on standardized tests, but I've always excelled in the classroom. SMH

Re: Time To Come Clean! What's Your Biggest Flaw?
I'd say biggest thing for me, though I've been trying really hard to change it lately, I find it really difficult to motivate myself to do anything productive. I've been putting off getting in shape for so long, but for the last 2 months I've been at the gym steady, so that's good.
I'm also bad with procrastination, that seems to be a constant on this thread, although we are forum nerds so I'm not that surprised haha.
I'm pretty critical of myself as well, mostly physically, but that seems to be on the turn-around (note first paragraph).
So I'd say things are looking up for meComment

Character flaws:
Not very compassionate - if someone tells me how bad they've had it, or how bad their day is going, I tend to not show much sympathy. This is probably due to me having it rough coming up and turning out just fine and not complaining. I'm not a cold person, I'm just the type of person where instead of saying "I'm sorry to hear that," I'll say something like "things will get better, stay strong."
Trust issues - I have a problem with giving anyone 100% of my trust. This is because I'm such an honest person, and I know how much people tend to lie. I'm suspicious of anyone I'm just meeting.
Temper - I have really calmed down as I got older, but I still get annoyed very easily by ignorance and dishonesty. I'm the type of person where if someone crosses me, I'm not gonna let karma get back to them, I WILL get my revenge.
Physical Flaws:
I'm only 5'9" and my hair is beginning to thin. Other that that, no complaints here.Comment

Re: Time To Come Clean! What's Your Biggest Flaw?
On my end - it's very easy for me to control conversations. I am a go-getter and sometimes could make better decisions if I thought things out better/looked for different perspectives.Last edited by slimm44; 05-20-2010, 09:52 PM.Acts 2:38. Let the truth be told.

Re: Time To Come Clean! What's Your Biggest Flaw?
Procrastination, and in case people haven't been able to tell by my posts sometimes, I'm very critical of things I don't like. Take it over the line sometimes.
The GF said something to me the other week for the first time about the critical part. Oh well, no one's perfect. Something I'll have to work on.
Motivation and laziness has never been a problem for me thankfully, at least not since I entered the real world. HS and college was another story, but I think that's pretty normal."You make your name in the regular season, and your fame in the postseason." - Clyde Frazier
