but taking protein, creatine, multi vitamin, and fish oil all perfectly fine

you might want to lay off the caffeine a bit (if thats something you need to feel "pumped" to workout). But I say that for other reasons, the "stunt growth" myth has pretty much been debunked w/ caffeine

honestly guys, I'd recommend you ditch the supps like Jack3d all together. All they are doing is jacking you up w/ caffeine/other stimulants. It's a waste of money

anything thats useful in those supps you can get elseware for cheaper, and in the process cut out all the crap bs that they put in there and pretend that its doing something when all scientific evidence is to the contrary

you're better off getting protein, pure mono creatine (cheap and lasts forever, unlike when you by it in supps like Jack3d), fish oil, multi vitamin, and then just by some caffeine pills (you can go into a 7/11 and get 16 [200 mg's each] for 3 bucks) if you really want that energy boost... it will do the same thing for a lot less money (and you'll be putting less crap in your body in the process)
There is roughly about 1.2-1.5g of creatine in jack3d per scoop. I have 1 1/2 to 2 scoops which adds into roughly 2.4-3.0g of creatine. I take half the dose of pure creatine which equals around 5g of creatine. So there CAN be an extra kick of creatine in other supplements. Jack3d also possesses Arginine which if you read up it's an essential part of fitness. Beta alanine is another essential thing that I want inside of my body. Honestly I would rather get most of the stuff I need in a liquid form instead of taking an immense amount of pills. It's really not a waste of money...It really depends on the user.

There are days I do not work out with supplements because caffeine does screw up my mood and sleep at times. I got work until 6PM so when I head to the gym at 6:30...I have caffeine all in me...Screws up sleep big time. I usually take jack3d in the morning.

Not really sure if I want to get much bigger...This may be my last phase in building for awhile. I got almost a full bucket full of cyto gainer. After building I'm just gonna cut down another 2-3% body fat and just maintain. I'm 14 or 15ish right now. 10% is my goal.

Listen to Bill and BigDofBA. These guys know what they're talking about. I agree with your supplement suggestions above. The only thing I'd suggest replacing is how you get your caffeine. I enjoy coffee, and maybe green tea is something you'd enjoy. There's some good caffeinated beverages out there that you may enjoy indulging on to get your caffeine fix.

I'm a fan of a healthy diet, fish oil, multi, and creatine. I used to do that exact "stack" along with beta alanine. I broke some personal records using it and such. Right now I just try to eat well and that's it. After lifting for about 10 years now, I don't feel too compelled to use supplements unless I'm in a period of serious growth goals, which I'm not. Now that I started a new career and will have some more money, I may grab a couple basic supps and start back up. Progress is fun!

Re: Do you consider taking supplements "cheating" ?

Bill adding extra glutamine is useful. If you go into catabolic state, glutamine will prevent muscle loss. Glutamine prevents muscle deterioration so when you supplement it you are placing enough in your system that glutamine is not being rob from your muscles for other processes.

There are 5 things that are required in bulking in my personal opinion.
                    1) Protein (day and night version)
                    2) Enough calories intake(eating every 2 hours)
                    3) Glutamine to prevent catabolic
                    4) Gallon water or more a day
                    5) Weights lol

Protein is the most important of all requirements. Rarely do we get enough from just our meals so supplementing is required. Calories is huge of course. Got to eat big to get big, plus eating clean. Gallon of water a day to keep toxins flushed, metabolism running high, and useful for dozens of other reasons. Glutamine is useful to prevent catabolic state, granted if you are eating every 2 hours it should not get to that point. But a hard workout and cadio routine could send you into catabolic state and I would rather have the glut there to prevent it. Hell it is only 15 bucks that last around 3 months. I mean that is only 5 bucks a month.

I agree with the pre-workout supplements. They are mainly just caffeine to pump you up and give you the energy level to have a better lifting session. But I still rather Jack3d over a caffeine pill.

Although I gotta admit I put only about 60oz's of water each day. It's really the users preference. All bodies are different, and some people react to things differently. I suggest you do what you want while having a high amount of protein intake...Protein is so f'ing important. Without my protein shake my muscles would be sore as hell. Music can also be a good source of energy over caffeine...Listen to motivational music and there you go. I do both.

Went to my local popeyes and saw they were selling synthetic testosterone, when i asked the lady what it did she shrugged her shoulders and said she just got it in and had no idea.

So any of you know what it does?

I got supplements in different area codes, so I'm definitely not cheating

For real though, I take Whey protein and SuperPump 250. Love it.
