They are only serving them for 2 days during the world cup and the Lions where raised on a farm in the Midwest. No different then eating Ostrich or Bison.

If they are endangered then they shouldn't serve it.

But I always get a big laugh out of people who are non-vegetarians that freak out when people wanna exotic animals like this.

It would be cool to try. Probably just taste like any other burger since it's just meat with seasoning.

Really no different then people who eat horse, bison, ostrich, gator, turle, dolphin, shark, whale, blue marlin. All of that is highly unneccessary.

No doubt, by why add another one to the list? I eat meat so I guess that's a bit hypocritical, but I definitely don't make a point of eating endangered animals. That's where the redundancy lies for me.
