Re: Finally I got a job...

Don't want to get this one locked, so all I'll say is that I'm not sure it's gonna work here in Canada. Anyway, I have a foreign name, so maybe that effects to some extent.

Has anyone ever called to a place where you had sent your resume? I mean, would it be annoying for them if you call after a while, or it doesn't matter?
    My Specs:

    ZX Spectrum
    CPU: Z80 @ 3.5 MHz
    GPU: Monochrome display
    RAM: 48 KB
    OS: Sinclair BASIC

You could try that but generally what happens when you do that and they aren't expecting your call is that they dump your call into a general call box that is cleaned once a week.
I dont remember there names but they were allot of fun....

I was scheduling 2 interviews a day for 3 straight weeks before I took a job I wanted.
Do you have any Latino in you? Because that would be pretty interesting how the interview goes when you walk in. (Just PM this response to me) I gave some interviews last week. One of the person we were interviewing had a guy name, so I thought it was a guy until she work in. It is not easy getting an interview, unless you match what they are looking for. Here is an example, we had one person screen the resumes and only took the runs that had experiences and had a multiple credential, if they did not have these two things, they didn't get a chance to interview. It is what it is. When you turn in your resume, make sure it has some experiences in what you are applying for.
